Trinkets + Endless

Added Trinkets to the game.
Basically an equip slot for characters.
This should open up more design space for us and also offer another vector of buildcraft :)

Also added an Endless Mode. In Testing rn.
It's job is to hopefully challenge players when they become gods and wreck the campaign.
The enemies keep scaling there.
